As a user of AIDA, you are responsible for the following:

Accuracy and Legality of Documents: You must ensure that the documents you provide to AIDA are accurate and legal. You bear full responsibility and liability for any issues arising from the content of the documents.

Compliance: You agree to use AIDA in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your access to our services.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership of Data: You retain full ownership of the data processed by AIDA that originates from the documents you provide. Once processed, the data remains your exclusive property, and [Your Company Name] does not retain any rights over it.

Non-Payment: In case of non-payment, your access to AIDA will be interrupted within 10 calendaristic days. Services will be restored once payment is received.
